Concrete repairs

Resin steels

When the use of concrete steel bars is not practical (due to electrical conductivity, presence of chlorides, etc.), we intervene with modern, advanced-technology synthetic resin materials of equivalent tensile strength.

These resin steels adequately replace common structural steels, even those with high requirements – specifications for any application.

Carbon Fibers - Fiberglass

The application of carbon fibers using modern materials (polymers, epoxy systems, carbon fibers, resins, etc.) Instead of steel plates, high-strength synthetic materials in the form of fabric are installed (strength five times that of steel).

  • high strength

  • seismic energy absorption capacity

  • minimum added weight

  • negligible change in stiffness

Resin injections

RESIN INJECTIONS – FULL SECTION RESTORATION

The technique involves sealing the crack, the nozzles are placed along the crack.

Then, with controlled pressure, the crack is filled with a thin, two-component epoxy resin to achieve bonding and restoration of the cracked concrete cross-section.

Cement injections

Restoration – reinforcement of load-bearing stone structures with cement injections.

Sealing the masonry joints and placing tubes at sufficient distances.

Cementing preparation and controlled pressure filling of the voids (gaps, joints, etc.) present inside the masonry.

The composition of the cement mortar consists of cement, water and other admixtures that can be added as needed depending on the intended goal.
